Your presence, Lord.

to be overcome by your presence Lord
Your presence, Lord.

MESSAGE
Resetting the Vision on Church
In this time of Covid-19 and all that comes with it, how do we reset the church?
We do this by…
1. Resetting our Devotion to Apostles’ Teaching [words of Jesus]
2. Resetting our Devotion to Communion
3. Resetting our Devotion to Each Other
4. Resetting our Devotion to Prayer
COMMUNION MEDITATION
Presented by Jon Alexander
“Anchor”
Jon tells introduces the song “Anchor” by Skillet to let us know how the video was a help to him. He goes on to explain how Jesus is indeed our Anchor in rough times.
Hebrews 6:19-20
We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.

PRAYER
Father, thank you, thank you, thank you for not leaving us on our own. As much as we run away, you continue to pursue us until we find again ourselves overcome by your love and your persistent grace. May we hit that reset button of commitment to you in our life as well. Thank you for the chance to start fresh again. In Jesus name, we pray, Amen

Job 42:12-17
Praising God Through the Tough Times
This week Alyx tells us about Job’s going from riches to rags and back to riches and through it all he still praised and loved God!
The Family Discussion Questions for this week are: 1. Is it easy or hard to praise God through the tough times? 2. What are three ways we can praise God through the tough times?
