“Glorious Day”
Music by Jason Ingram, Jonathan Smith, Kristian Stanfill, and Sean Curran
VERSE
I was buried beneath my shame
Who could carry that kind of weight?
It was my tomb ‘til I met You
VERSE 2
I was breathing but not alive
All my failures I tried to hide
It was my tomb ‘til I met You
CHORUS
You called my name and I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness into Your glorious day
You called my name and I ran out of that grave
Out of the darkness into Your glorious day
VERSE 3
Now Your mercy has saved my soul
Now Your freedom is all that I know
The old made new, Jesus, when I met You
BRIDGE
I needed rescue, my sin was heavy
But chains break at the weight of Your glory
I needed shelter, I was an orphan
Now You call me a citizen of Heaven
When I was broken, You were my healing
Now Your love is the air that I’m breathing
I have a future
My eyes are open, ’cause when
You called my name, I ran out of that grave
MESSAGE
Politics Through The Eyes of God – Part 1
“God is In Control”
The Libera Left or the Radical Right? The times that we are in can be scary. So much uncertainty and chaos can make it unclear as to what we are to do. In this vital message we take some time in Joshua to see what God tells us to do.
COMMUNION MEDITATION
Presented by Ryan Beeson
Why Have You Forsaken Me?
Ryan shares that when Jesus said “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” before his death on the cross, that Jesus was quoting Psalm 22.

“At The Cross”
Music by Chris Tomlin, Ed Cash, Jonas Myrin, Matt Armstrong, and Matt Redman
VERSE
There’s a place,
where mercy reigns
and never dies
There’s a place,
where streams of grace
flow deep and wide
All the love, I’ve ever found,
comes like a flood, comes flowing down
CHORUS
At the cross, at the cross,
I surrender my life
I’m in awe of you;
I’m in awe of you
Where your love ran red,
and my sins washed white
I owe all to you,
I owe all to you…Jesus
VERSE 2
There’s a place,
where sin and shame
are powerless
Where my heart
has peace with God,
and forgiveness
All the love, I’ve ever found,
comes like a flood, comes flowing down
BRIDGE
Here my hope is found,
here on holy ground
Here I bow down,
here I bow down
Here arms open wide,
here you saved my life
Here I bow down,
here I bow
PRAYER
Father you’ve been here from the beginning and you’ve seen kingdoms rise and fall. You’ve watch politicians maneuver for control over the lives of others even when it meant crucifying Your Messiah. You ask us to trust in you and fix our eyes on the things above and to not obsess about the things here on Earth. Father help us to know you better so that we have more confidence in trusting Your control over our life. In Jesus Name, Amen.
